Vivian E. Douglas

DOUGLAS – Vivian E., 91, South Fork, died July 20, 2023, at Windber Hospice. Born March 25, 1932, in Seward, daughter of Harold and Elda Rae (Deyarmin) Fox.

Preceded in death by parents, husband, Meade Douglas, who died August 22, 1995; grandson, Jason Douglas; sisters, Donna McGinnis and Gladys Toth; and brothers, Robert and William Fox.

Survived by sons, Mark, married to Joyce (Bowman); and Scott, married to Tina (Penrod); five grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; sister, Freelove Craig; and sister-in-law, Diana Fox.

Vivian was a talented seamstress, having worked for Empire Foundation. She enjoyed bus trips to country and western concerts, sitting on the porch with her dear friend Lena; and especially cherished spending time with her beloved family.

Friends will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork; where funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Pastor Dawn Davis of Wesley UMC presiding.

Interment, Mount Hope Cemetery.
