Sharon L. Lupton

LUPTON – Sharon L., 79, Windber, formerly of Ehrenfeld; died May 26, 2026. Born January 6, 1947, in Ehrenfeld. Preceded in death by parents, John J. and Marie M. (Bopp) Lazration; husband, Charles E. “Pork” Lupton Sr., who died February 8, 2001; and brothers, Frank and John Lazration.

Survived by children, Jean Steberger (Francis); Charles Jr. “Chuck” (Wendy Litko); Robert (Tammy Rudeck); and Judi Melius (Daniel); sister, Judy Dubreucq (Robert); sister-in-law, Elizabeth Lazration; beloved grandchildren, Robert Lupton (Alex), Kody Lupton (Karissa), Brandon Michalides, Lindsey Michalides, Kaylee Bender (James); great grandchildren, Hunter Lupton, Ember Lupton, and Lincoln Ellis; and expected great granddaughter, Charli Sharon Bender.

Sharon’s greatest joy was her family. She gave her time, her care, and her heart freely. And nowhere was that more evident than in the love she had for her grandchildren.

Private visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass which will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday May 29, 2026, at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, South Fork, Father Joseph C. Nale, celebrant. 

Private committal, St. Mary’s Cemetery, New Germany.
