Sandra K. Stigers

STIGERS – Sandi K., 77, Sidman, went to be with the Lord May 20, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Born Sept. 8, 1948, in Windber; daughter of Howard G. and Evelyn A. (Schaffer) Miller. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Lynn D. “Pepa” Stigers, who died July 13, 2015; sisters, Phoebe Gordon, Romayne Yeager, Barbara Kaufman, Dorothy Emerick, Joan Skinner, and Evelyn “Lucki” Reed; and brothers, Howard “Buzz,” Hershell “Gene,” Robert S. “Sam,” Denver, James, and Clarence “Pete.”

Survived by sons, Kaith Alan (Liberty Cannizzaro) Stigers; and Cory Lynn “Bumper” (Lisa Mummert) Stigers; daughter-in-law, Dorothy Jo “Dot” (George Ozimok) Grady; beloved granddaughters, Shelby Lynn (Jason Vogler), Kaylee Ciara (Jacob Karlinsey), Carly Madison (Micah Magley), and Zoe Grace Stigers; cherished great-granddaughter, Emma Kaitlyn Vogler; special friend, Dorothy Berkebile; and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and members of the extended Stigers family.

Sandi will be remembered for her strength, quick wit, and deep love for her family. She cherished time spent with those she loved most and especially treasured her role as grandmother and great-grandmother. Her family was the center of her world, and she leaves behind countless memories of laughter, love, and unwavering support. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
