LOUDER – Ruth Grace, 84, South Fork, went to be with her Lord May 21, 2023. Born October 21, 1938, in South Fork, daughter of Glenn and Mary Jane (Fleck) Frazer. Preceded in death by parents; and brothers, William, Dr. Richard, and Paul Frazer.
Survived by husband of 64 years, Raymond “Chuck” Louder, whom she married September 13, 1958; children, Karen O’larte (Maurice); Tim (Shannan); Tom (Lisa); Roger (Stacey); Bill (Dawn); Brian (Velvet); and Rachael Wadsworth (Craig); twenty grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; brothers, David and Robert Frazer, and Clarence Duke; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other beloved family and friends.
Ruthie was a 1956 graduate of South Fork Croyle High School and attended Cambria Rowe Business College. Throughout her career she worked at Somerset County Vo-Tech, Camp Sequenota, and retired as a Registrar at Penn’s Woods Council, Boy Scouts of America.
She was a very devoted and active member of South Fork First United Methodist Church, where she served in many of their ministries as a gifted and loving member of the congregation.
A selfless and devoted mother, she loved each of us unconditionally. Mom was happiest when she saw her children and grandchildren reach their accomplishments and experience joy in their lives. And family gatherings were always made so special by her amazing efforts to prepare wonderful meals, celebrations, and time together.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork.
Visitation at the church from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. Thursday at South Fork First United Methodist Church, the Reverend Randy Landman, presiding.
