DUGAN – Russell, 48, Portage, formerly of Lake Elsinore, California; died March 14, 2021 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. Born March 23, 1972, in Santa Ana, California. Preceded in death by wife, Melinda (Zerr) Dugan; and sister, Deborah Holden.
Survived by parents, Gary and Lee (Decker) Dugan, Portage; sister, Marie Allen; children, Russell Dugan Jr., Megan Chott and Brenna, Katie, Michael, and Brandon Dugan; and eleven cherished grandchildren.
Russ loved to laugh, enjoyed the thrill of skateboarding, had a passion for painting cars, was an avid Steelers fan, and loved his kids.
Honoring his wishes, there will be no public visitation. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. He will be forever remembered among family and friends.
