Ruby J. Schultz

SCHULTZ – Ruby J., 94, Canal Winchester, Ohio; died June 11, 2023, at her daughter’s home. Born April 17, 1929, in South Fork; daughter of Fred and M. Civilla (Fyock) Webb. Preceded in death by parents; siblings, Katherine Pahulick, and Frank, Omer, and Foster Webb.

Survived by daughter, Sandie, wife of David Wallingford; grandchildren, Heidi L. (Grove), wife of Todd Jennings; and Robert J. Grove, married to Kristi (Krupala); great grandchildren, Sydney G. and Samantha J. Jennings and Annslee R. Grove; and sibling, Gene Mack.

Grandma Rubes, as known by her family, was an employee of the Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital Laundry Department for 31 years. She enjoyed puzzles, shopping through catalogs, watching airplanes and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was feisty and never hesitated to give you her opinion or suggestion and always had a candy dish full of treats for anyone who wanted one. She will be greatly missed.

Friends will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, June 15th and from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Friday, June 16th at the Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., 621 Maple Street, South Fork; the Reverend John Weaver, presiding.
