LeFORT – Patricia, 67, Summerhill, died June 11, 2021, at home. Born March 15, 1954, in Johnstown, daughter of William and Alice June (Miller) Salkeld. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Gerald “Baldy” LeFort, who died February 11, 2013; step-father, George Gallaher; brother, William H. Salkeld; and step-daughter, Patty LeFort.
Survived by sons, Frank Zevorich, married to Lori (Ferry), Richland; Brian Zevorich, married to Susie (Keith), Johnstown; and Stephen Zevorich, Summerhill; grandchildren, Alexa, Frankie, Gavin, Bridget, Ariel, Joseph, Mollie and Sylas; great-grandchildren, Cameron and Reilly; sisters, Judy Johns, Debbie (Clifford) Smith, and Bonnie (Ray) Plummer; and brother, Barry Salkeld.
A memorial service will be scheduled at the convenience of the family.
