BLOUGH – Norman E. “Chief,” 86, South Fork, died December 24, 2025. Born August 26, 1939, in South Fork. Preceded in death by parents, Cloyde V. and Verna C. (Jennings) Blough, infant brother, Ronald E. and brother, Kenneth L.
Survived by loving wife, Edna L. (Wilson) Blough and her dog Tippy Too; children, Norman Jr. “Bud” (Cheryl); Bryon (Jennifer); Tina (Jake Wingard); Tammy (Bumps Jordan); beloved grandchildren, Mandy (Dustin), Bryson (Kelsey), Justin (Vanessa), Andrew (Rebecca), Ethan, Gaven (Erica), Jacob, Danny (April), and Nikki (Russ); great grandchildren, Elena, Annaleigh, Harleigh, Olivia, Abigail, and Lucas; and numerous nieces and nephews; and other beloved family and friends.
Chief was a graduate of Adams – Summerhill High School, class of 1958 and was a retiree from Bethlehem Steel. He had a deep love for the outdoors, hunting, and training his Beagles. In the winter, you'd find him snowmobiling, and when summer rolled around, he'd be out on his pontoon boat, enjoying the sun with family and friends at Lake Raystown. He was also a big fan of football, bingo always brought plenty of fun, and we will always cherish the love and laughter shared during his annual pig roast at camp. He taught us the importance of hard work, staying connected to what you love, and cherishing the moments we have with the people who matter most.
Honoring his wishes, there will be no viewing.
Friends will be received at Chief and Wheez’s house, Friday, January 2, 2026, beginning at noon.
Arrangements by Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork.
