Nancy M. Edmiston

EDMISTON – Nancy M., 87, Seven Hills, Ohio; formerly of Salix, died March 7, 2022, at University Hospital, Parma, Ohio.

Born July 22, 1934, in Summerhill, daughter of Joseph G. and Mary (Schrift) Bimle. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Earl E. Edmiston, who died March 2, 2014; sisters, Anna Jean Motchenbaugh, Margaret McCormick, Josephine Cochran, and Catherine Yakicic; brothers, Paul, Wallace, Leo, and Ronald Bimle; and granddaughter-in-law, Rachelle Edmiston.

Survived by son, William, married to Bethanna (Bliesmer), Phillipsburg; daughters, Valerie, wife of Wayne Turner, Saginaw, Michigan; and Diane Edmiston, Seven Hills, Ohio; brother, Jay Bimle, Summerhill; grandchildren, Jason Edmiston; Annemarie (Edmiston), wife of Mony Hin; Andy Edmiston (Becky Utpadel); Morgan (Turner), wife of Rudy Abelli; and Alexis (Turner), wife of Roy Striblin; and great grandchildren, Quinton and Tiana.

Nancy was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, St. Michael, where she served as a gifted and loving member in many of their ministries. She also enjoyed giving back to her community as a 20-year volunteer with the Forest Hills Food Pantry.

Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday March 10, 2022, at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday March 11, 2022, at St. Michael Catholic Church, Monsignor David A. Lockard celebrant.
