Martha Kozar

KOZAR – Martha (Simpson), 96, of Salix, passed away April 30, 2024, at home.  Born March 10, 1928, in Altoona, daughter of John and Ella (Burket) Simpson.  Preceded in death by parents; husband of 63 years, Frank J. Kozar; and daughter-in-law, Missy (Cuddy) Kozar.

Survived by sons, Mark, Pittsburgh; Kevin (Jolyce), San Jose, California; and Bruce, Salix; and granddaughter, Erin Rose, Washington, D.C.  She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Martha was a retired Counselor at Forest Hills School District.
