June C. Weyandt

WEYANDT – June C., 95, Sidman, went to be with the Lord September 28, 2024. Born May 28, 1929, in Nanty Glo, daughter of Charles and Catherine “Kate” (Bickleman) Penrod. Preceded in death by parents; husband, James F. Weyandt, who died July 14, 2010; son, Jeffrey Weyandt; sister, Elvie Mae "Red" Kopsic; and stepmother, Anna Lou “Ann” (Pennington) Penrod.

Survived by son, James E. Weyandt; granddaughters, Jenny and Stephanie; three great grandchildren; dear friend, Gertie Farabaugh; and numerous beloved nieces and nephews. 

June was a member of Windber Church of Nazarene. She was a devoted wife, mother, and cherished friend who dedicated her life to caring for those she loved. 

Friends will be received from 9 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork, Pastor Cory Dobrowolsky, presiding. 

Interment, Dunlo Methodist Cemetery.
