Judith E. Rice

RICE - Judith E., 82, Salix, passed away March 15, 2024. Born July 15, 1941, in South Fork, daughter of Catherine E. (McConeghy) and H. Blaine Lewis. Preceded in death by, parents, and brothers, Donald and Blaine Jr.

Survived by husband, James J. Rice; children, James Jr., married to Charlene (Roxby); Allen; and Susan, wife of John Younkin; sister, Cathy Lewis; and grandchildren, J.T. Rice, and Xavier, Levi, and Quentin Younkin.

Judith was a graduate of South Fork High School, class of 1959. She enjoyed her grandchildren and traveling with her husband. She and James spent a wonderful 64 years together.

Friends will be received at the church from 9 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Wednesday March 20, 2024, at Mount Hope Community Church, the Reverend Joseph Stains presiding.
