Dollie M. Kelly

KELLY – Dollie M., 99, Johnstown, died February 21, 2026, at Windber Woods, surrounded by family. Born May 5, 1926, in Johnstown. Preceded in death by mother, Verna (Huffman) Shaffer; stepfather, Wm. J. Shaffer; husband, Kenneth K. Kelly, who died May 23, 2005; daughter, Charlotte Collier; grandson, Jason Kelly, and several siblings.

Survived by sons, Kennard Kelly; David Kelly, married to Linda (Stull); and Karl Kelly; grandchildren, Christina Wilmer, Shawn Fisher (Jennie), Jamie Thorne (Peter), Stacy Kelly, Karl Kelly, Karlena Kelly, Kory Kelly (Annie), and Travis Kelly; step grandson, Paul Manahan; numerous beloved great and great-great grandchildren; sisters, Margaret Salisbury and Gladys Jean Naugle; and her wonderful neighbors who loved her too.

Dollie was a member of Locust Grove Church of the Brethren. She loved to square dance, was an avid bowler, and at home kept her hands busy making beautiful crafts. For nearly a century, Dollie showed everyone she loved that no matter how much the world changes, we can meet hardship with quiet strength, stand faithfully beside those we care for, and find joy in life’s simplest moments.

Friends will be received from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday and from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Thursday at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork, Pastor Mike Kenney, presiding. Private interment, Forest Lawn Cemetery.
