David Harr

HARR – David, 58, Johnstown, died May 18, 2023, at Conemaugh Hospital. Born March 27, 1965, in Johnstown, son of Lida (Fresch) and the late Cletus “Del” Harr.

Survived by mother, Lida Harr; fiancée, Terri Zeris; Terri’s sons, Brian Williams (Keri); and Paul Zeris (Tabitha); Terri’s grandchildren, Layla, Nevaeh, Nathan, Anthony, Lilyana, and Jordan; brothers, James and John Harr; sister, Susan Rager (Curtis); nieces and nephews, Michael (Maria), Marisa (Chris), Jacob, Anthony, Sara, Matthew, and Marcus; and great nephew, Levi and great niece, Sofia.

Graduate of Johnstown High School, class of 1983. From a young age, David felt called to help others as a first responder. Over the years he served as volunteer firefighter, firefighter for the city of Johnstown, an EMT, Paramedic, and supervisor for East Hills EMS.

Friends will be received from 5 p.m. until time of service at 7 p.m. Saturday at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork; Father Joseph C. Nale, presiding.
