Carol A. Brooks

Carol Ann Brooks, 75, of Elton, PA, passed away peacefully on June 5, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born on April 9, 1950, Carol was the beloved daughter of the late George Sr. and Phyllis (Bischof) White. She was also preceded in death by her brother Jimmy, 1st husband Norman Gordon Sr., 2nd husband Barry Brooks, and her dear friend Ron Wanko.

Carol had a truly caring heart and spent much of her life as a devoted caregiver to many loved ones. Her strength and steady presence were a source of comfort and love to everyone who knew her.

She is survived by her three sons: Norm (Sissy), Chad, Tim (Wendy), and adopted daughter Oma; brothers: George (Sally), Tom (Deb), David, John (Karen), and Charles (Hope); her cherished grandchildren: Kyrsten, Ryan (Dezirae), Brittany, Zack, Trevor, and Libby; and her adored great-grandchildren: Adison, Audrina, Naomi, Levi, and Valerie.

Carol's life was a beautiful reflection of selflessness, family devotion, and quiet strength. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of her family and all those she cared for so deeply.

A private family gathering will be held to honor her memory.
