Survived by parents; wife, Crystal (Ohler) House, Nanty Glo; daughter, Michelle, at home; sisters, Christine House-Galiano, Nicole House, Kathy, Mary Anne and Agnes Galiano; brother, Chuck House; father-in-law, Kenneth Ohler; and mother-in-law, Shirley Moschgat.
