William H. Dabbs

DABBS – William Henry, 82, Cresson, died September 15, 2022. Born April 27, 1940, in Windber, son of the late William H. Jr. and Mary L. (Miller) Dabbs.

Survived by wife of 57 years, Donna (Galioto) Dabbs, whom he married September 26, 1964; son, William T., married to Wei (Wang), Rockville, Maryland; and his beloved grandchildren, Rachel and Ryan, who were the apple of his eye.

Member of Cresson Alliance Church. Bill retired as parts manager from Fiore Toyota, Hollidaysburg. He especially enjoyed family gatherings and spending time with his grandchildren. He was always eager to learn new things and even graduated from CCACC in 2000, with a Computer Information and Applied Technology degree.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 8, 2022, at Cresson Alliance Church, 908 4th Street; Pastor Gary Shingler presiding.

Private interment, St. James Cemetery, South Fork.
