Victor E. Neri

NERI – Victor Eugene, 67, Ehrenfeld, passed away July 16, 2017 at Memorial Medical Center. Born January 30, 1950, in Ehrenfeld, son of the late Joseph A. and Lenore E. “Jean” (Schnars) Neri.

Survived by brother, Ramon J., married to Karen J. (Russell) Neri, South Fork; sister, Marcella L. Neri, South Fork; nieces, Tacey (Neri) Myers; Tammy (Neri), wife of Randall Johnson; Paula (Neri), wife of Ronald Oswalt; Christy (Neri), wife of Brian Millard; and nephew, Daniel, married to Ann (Tedjeski) Neri; also numerous great nieces and nephews and special friends Kim and Kathy.

Victor was a graduate of Forest Hills High School, class of 1967. He then attended Mercyhurst College and earned a bachelor's degree in art. He was an art teacher for the Forest Hills School District, Mount Aloysius College and taught arts and crafts at IU8 in Portage. Vic was an avid outdoorsman and was dedicated to breeding and raising his beloved Irish Setters.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork, where funeral service will be held at noon Thursday, the Rev. Terry Trudgen officiating.
