Teresa M. Bennie

BENNIE – Teresa M., 57, Conemaugh, died March 16, 2021 at home surrounded by family. Born July 28, 1963, in Johnstown daughter of Dwayne and Sarah J. (Pitt) Adams. Preceded in death by father; and husband, Louis J. Bennie, who died May 10, 2015.

Survived by mother; children, Christopher (Rachelle) Fraser, Michigan; Shane Fraser, Altoona; and Scott (Amber) Fraser, Johnstown; beloved grandchildren, Sophia, Keira, McKenna, Kamden, Kolby, Uriah, and Colton.

Teresa graduated from Greater Johnstown Vo-Tech, class of 1981 and earned her phlebotomy certification from Cambria County Area Community College. She enjoyed gardening and sitting on a warm beach watching the waves crash in. Though she fought renal disease for more than 2 decades she lived a life of gratitude, hope, and courage. Her family will fondly cherish the many memories they shared together.

A graveside memorial service will be held at a later date.
