CHANEY – Penelope Deanne, “Penny,” 80, The Villages, Florida; passed away April 18, 2020, after a long illness. Daughter of the late Henri Armand and Katherine de Masi. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Donald C. Chaney, who died October 19, 2000; brothers, Robert, Henri, and Richard, and sister, Grace Ina. Survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
