Harry L. Shartzer

SHARTZER – Harry L., 77, Windber, died July 7, 2016. Born Feb. 21, 1939 in Roanoke, VA, son of Roy D. and Grace (Flower) Shartzer of Roanoke, VA. Preceded in death by parents, and two sisters and two brothers. Survived by sister, Evelyn Quesenberry and her husband Rusty, Radford, VA; and dear close friend Clair W. Becker, Windber. Harry was a self employed painter who worked proudly for his personal painting business H.S. Painting. He was a member of Life Church, Windber, where he loved to share his gift of musical talent by playing bass guitar.
