DANEL – Evelyn Irene (Fedore), 91, St. Michael, passed away July 14, 2021. Born March 11, 1930, in Beaverdale, daughter, of Andrew and Elizabeth (Schwab) Fedore. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Emile J. Danel, who died May 15, 2006; sisters, Ann Gressock, Helen Myers, Dorothy Mihacevich, Elizabeth Horvath, and Barbara Billingsley; and brothers, John, Andrew, Michael, and George.

Survived by children, Ray, married to Cindy (Mathieson), New Germany; Denise, wife of Curtis Pieper, Mechanicsburg; and Ed, married to Kathy (Rice), Richland; grandchildren, Matthew (Kerry) Danel, Christa (Matthew) Hicks, Janelle (Ryan) Ruszkiewicz, Bryan Pieper, Brittany (Kyle) Brewer, and Chelsea (Chris) Cook; and great grandchildren, Colten, Samantha, and Weston Danel; Ethan and Eli Hicks; and Lucas and Addison Brewer.

Irene was a lifetime member of American Legion Post 551 Auxiliary and a member of St. Michael Catholic Church.

Private visitation for immediate family will be held at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork.

Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass which will be celebrated Friday, July 16 at 10 a.m. at St. Michael Catholic Church, 751 Locust Street, St. Michael; Monsignor David A. Lockard, celebrant.

Committal, St. Michael Catholic Cemetery.
