Birth Certificates
We can order certified copies of births in Pennsylvania.

Death Certificates
Death Certificates are completed by us and filed with the state by the local registrar. Certified copies of the death certificate may be required as proof of death for insurance, bank accounts, stocks and bonds, real estate and property. We can also order old death certificates from the state archives.

Cemetery Monuments
We have over 24 years experience helping our families select the right monument. We have a display of markers showing different styles and colors.

Order floral arrangements
Funeral flowers can be handled through our office as a courtesy.

Make motel reservations
If you are coming from out of town, we would be glad to furnish you with a list of local motels. We can also make reservations in your name.

Notify Social Security
We notify Social Security of all deaths. This process activates the widow/widower benefits and stops monthly checks. Call Social Security to receive an explanation of your benefits 1-800-772-1213 or click on the link below.

Notify Railroad Retirement Board
We notify the Railroad Retirement Board of deaths of railroaders and their spouses. If any additional forms need to be completed, we will submit them.

Assist with Life Insurance Forms
If you need assistance with insurance forms or claims, our office can handle your needs as a courtesy to the family. We can contact your insurance companies and help complete the claim forms for you.

Complete Various Veteran Forms
Cambria County Veterans provide a benefit of $100.00 to all veterans who died in Cambria County. We will need a copy of the Veteran's honorable discharge papers. If you cannot find these papers, we can help you locate them through the Veteran services. We also complete the form which entitles the veteran to an American flag. The Federal Veterans Administration provides reimbursement of transportation from a Veteran Hospital to the funeral home and either a bronze, marble or granite marker.
